Established in 2012 as an interdisciplinary collaboration among the University of Delaware’s Lerner College of Business and Economics, UD’s College of Engineering and JP Morgan Chase & Co., the Institute for Financial Services Analytics (IFSA) is at the intersection of industry and education, forming and informing the dynamic and important field of financial services analytics (FSAN).By applying modern data science techniques such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, FSAN converts vast amounts of data into meaningful information for business and consumers, leading to improvements in risk management, enhanced customer service, customized product offerings and more efficient business operations.
